DIET TIME!!!

My diet plan will start by today

my weight gained 2 kgs after back from Segamat.
SHIT!!!
I thought for meals a day plus supper who else won't be fat?
but i'm that type of person easily gain weight.sigh...
I'm gonna continue my kick boxing start from next months.
*Anyone have any diet ideas to share with me?*
